The Home Team has received the Peter Hulbert Accessibility award for it's work on the home of Chantal Beaudoin, a local Port Moody resident. In September 2010, the Home Team, along with a large group of local businesses and volunteers, transformed Chantals home making it more accessible for her in her wheelchair. The team is very proud to recieve this honor.
